Confessing Jesus as messiah (i.e. “anointed one”) is a dangerous creed. This series will reveal when the Israelites began to anticipate a coming Messiah, why Jesus’ followers were confused about his identity and mission and finally how our contemporary confession of Jesus as “Christ” should define our lives as we await our future.
