Brandon baker
Teaching Elder
Brandon has been on the pastoral staff at Praise Point Church since 2014. He is a graduate of Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, PA. with a bachelor's degree in Bible, and Cedarville University with a master's degree in biblical leadership. Brandon has been in full-time ministry for over 20 years and has served as a youth pastor, camp director, worship leader, and discipleship pastor. He is also the founder of an outdoor ministry called Take A Stand Outdoors. www.takeastandoutdoors.com

DonnY macaluso
Teaching Elder
Donny and his wife Tirzah have 4 children, Eliana (10), Moriah (8), Benaiah (6), and Judah (2). Donny and Tirzah served in Israel for 9 months where they both earned Master’s Degrees in Israel Studies and spent time ministering to the people of Israel through Baptists for Israel Institute. They’ve spent the last 10 years serving as an Associate Pastor (Youth and Families) at Calvary in Bellefontaine, OH.
Currently, Donny is the Director of Development at Marmon Valley Farm (Christian Camp) and loves to hunt, fish, and shoot archery. Praise Point church welcomed Donny and his family to our ministry in 2023.

Rachel Baker
Children's Director
Rachel has served as the children's director at Praise Point Church since 2018. Rachel grew up as a "MK" (Missionary Kid) as her parents served as English teachers in China. She is a graduate of Baptist Bible College (currently Clarks Summit University) in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Rachel also works as an EMT and at Van Wert Hospital.
Laura Hill
Ministry Assistant
Laura Hill is the Ministry Assistant at Praise Point Church. Laura enjoys serving in various capacities of ministry. She graduated from college with a Paralegal degree but finds fulfillment serving within the church. She has been on staff since April 2016 and enjoys serving the people of Praise Point.
Laura and her husband Doug have been married since 2005. Together they own and operate an electrical business and a farm & livestock operation in Indiana. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family.
